We had a very enjoyable day, well organised and professionally run with great staff. There was laughter and nonstop chatter, from start to finish.

- Elizabeth Birch, Cheltenham Ladies College Guild.

Thank you for letting us do all the activities and have fun. I liked doing the peg trail and tree climbing. I want to go again because it was so good.

- Sophie (Aged 6).

The Orb was ideal for all our needs with space for the 15 of us to eat together, perfect for group activities and families. I think we would struggle to beat it on quality and value for money.

- Max Woollard from Cheshire.

Volunteering at The Kingswood Trust makes me feel valued and confident. It was great fun, giving the pets their breakfast and discovering freshly laid eggs in the chicken coop. Thank you for such an amazing opportunity.

- Juliet (Aged 12).

My favourite activities were the rope course, the midnight walk and the air raid shelters. Thank you for letting us stay for a night and meet the animals. You looked after us so well.

- Johnnie (Aged 7).

The Kingswood Trust is a great place to visit and volunteer. Working at the Trust has helped me become more confident and now I am now in full time work

- Stuart Bickerton from Telford.

Thank you for looking after my children at The Kingswood Trust Holiday Club. They have both thoroughly enjoyed their adventures, nature based and fun outdoor activities and arrive home happy and tired, ready for a good night’s sleep.

The Kingswood Trust charity is a place where there are no limits to learning and no boundaries to the imagination.

- Rachel Wells - Head Teacher and Charity Manager, The Kingswood Trust.

I loved the zipline and feeding the rabbits. My most favourite time was when we ate our roast dinner and then went to the play area. I have been begging Miss Mason to come back soon and I hope we will.

Kingswood Trust is looking for 12 enthusiastic, young volunteers to join them for their new grounds work project who will gain the opportunity to learn skills and benefit from working together on our environmental site.
The Kingswood Trust Nature4All is one of the first environmental projects awarded a grant from the government’s £80 million Green Recovery Challenge Fund.
The project is all about connecting people to nature, learning about, developing and preserving the environment, biodiversity and wildlife conservation.
Work will include the creation of a gardening area with a tree & plant nursery and a new, wonderful forest school. This is so that more activities can be offered to the whole community and particularly those with special educational needs, disabilities, and poor mental health.

The project will begin after 19th February 2021 and those interested in becoming a volunteer, participating in activities, or who would like to know more about the project, are invited to contact Helen Heywood via email helen.heywood@wolverhampton.gov.uk.

Apologies but our Winter Play sessions and our Wild Walk and Nature Play have now been postponed on Eventbrite. Following the Governments request to STAY HOME, we have decided to postpone both our Tuesday and Saturday events in January in the first instance, whilst the R numbers locally in Staffordshire and Wolverhampton are so high. This is to ensure the safety of all our visitors, staff and volunteers. We really appreciate your support and hope you are all keeping well during this difficult time.

Frances will contact you shortly to ensure you receive a full refund if you have already booked.
We will re open and re post the events as soon as we can.
Thank you for your continued support and we hope to see you at our next event in the near future.

Hope it all gets back to normal soon. XX

Such a pity but no doubt necessary.

Everywhere I went yesterday there seemed to be a snowman watching me. So many people were having fun, playing outdoors in the snow and building snowmen. ... See MoreSee Less
